Trial Periods

We offer a 5 day trial period unless the instrument is labeled "as-is".  At anytime during this trial period you wish to return the horn you can call us and obtain a return authorization number.  The first day trial period is the day the horn is delivered to your location.  The horn must be returned to us in the same condition that we shipped it out to you.  If there are additional scratches, dents or other mishaps then your refund will be reflected accordingly.

All horns are insured shipped to you in perfect playing condition. If you have any problems please contact us immediately.  All packages are shipped insured.

Mouthpiece sales are "as-is" unless otherwise specified.

eBay sales may be "as-is", and/or may have a Trial Period, and/or may have a return policy. Please refer to the eBay ad for further information.
